Exempt Leave Reporting

  • Unit [Exempt Staff Member] Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accuracy of accrued time records
    • Have staff member log in to the Exempt Staff Leave Accrual System , and enter his/her time taken
    • If no time was taken for the month, record "No Time Taken"
    • Staff member signs and forwards quarterly report to supervisor for approval

  • Supervisor Responsibilities:
    • Review exempt staff's signed quarterly reports
    • Sign and submit to the UBSC at 341 Pine Tree Road

  •  UBSC Responsibilities:
    • Send monthly e-mail to each exempt staff member reminding them to enter time taken for the month
    • Send quarterly email for exempt employees and their supervisors review and approval.
