Non-Exempt Vac/Sick Leave Corrections

  • Unit Responsibilities:
    • Employee must inform the supervisor of any discrepancies in their vacation or sick time

  • Supervisor Responsibilities:
    • Confirm correct balances with employee
    • Submit an e-mail to the appropriate FTS authorizing balance adjustment

  • UBSC Responsibilities:
    • Review time sheet to be sure accruals are accurate
    • Verify in COLTS the time that was recorded
    • Contact Payroll with any questions
    • Submit the vacation/sick leave correction form
