Non-Exempt Vac/Sick Leave Corrections
- Unit Responsibilities:
- Employee must inform the supervisor of any discrepancies in their vacation or sick time
- Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Confirm correct balances with employee
- Submit an e-mail to the appropriate FTS authorizing balance adjustment
- UBSC Responsibilities:
- Review time sheet to be sure accruals are accurate
- Verify in COLTS the time that was recorded
- Contact Payroll with any questions
- Submit the vacation/sick leave correction form
